We offer a 7-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery, applicable only in the following cases:

The product is damaged upon arrival
There is a size issue

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, with all original tags attached and intact
Products with broken or removed tags will not be accepted for return.

For claims regarding missing items:

A clear and valid unboxing video is required

Washing: Gentle Treatment

Color Safety: Wash whites separately. For colors, wash with similar shades to help prevent color transfer or bleeding.
