Refund policy

Returns & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery, applicable only in the following cases:

• The product is damaged upon arrival
• There is a size issue

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused, with all original tags attached and intact
• Products with broken or removed tags will not be accepted for return.

For claims regarding missing items:

• A clear and valid unboxing video is required
• All videos will be carefully reviewed before approval

Please note that requests failing to meet the above conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.
