7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy.

We offer a 7-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery, applicable only in the following cases:

The product is damaged upon arrival

There is a size issue

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, with all original tags attached and intact
Products with broken or removed tags will not be accepted for return.

For claims regarding missing items:

A clear and valid unboxing video is required
All videos will be carefully reviewed before approval

Please note that requests failing to meet the above conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.
